The latest news to hit the headlines is that an 11 year old pregnant girl has successfully given birth to a son.
Some believe that the child’s birth could halt the growth of the mother. An expert told fox that Pre eclampsia is a risk “which is high blood pressure and protein in the urine and could lead to convulsions and/or multi-system organ failure”. Lastly even the liver could get fat at a later stage becoming fatal.
People are wondering and asking what’s the youngest child birth ever. In 1939, Lina Medina gave birth to a child at an age of 6.

.I feel it is a miracle in itself, since the body of a girl before 20 years of age, is not ready to take the stress of pregnancy and child birth. This news should create an awareness amongst masses to start a drive against teenage pregnancy.

This is nothing new. Thirty-three years ago, when I was Twenty-one having my baby, 2 sisters (1 eleven & 1 twelve) were in the hospital having babies by 2 cousins. If it is the stepfather's child, why haven't they arrested him? Her mother should be charged with child abuse.
