11th Annaul State Convention organized by BSNL Mazdoor Sangh Haryana in Gurgaon
Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) is losing money every year with revenues depleting gradually. To sort out the problems coming on the way of this organization, All India Mazdoor Sangh of BSNL (Haryana) held a meeting with all employees working in all BSNL branches in NCR. On this occasion, President of BJP of Haryana, was invited as Chief Guest.
Suresh Kumar, General Secretary of BSNL Mazdoor Sangh, New Delhi, said, "Gurgaon's BSNL department is regularly going in loss for the last two years. To resume the business, many committees and consultants were made, but to no avail. There is no proper monitoring. Most of the employees are found in the state of dereliction of duty from the IT department to other employees working in BSNL, Gurgaon. In Noida, Ghaziabad, the revenue was Rs 115 crore whereas it is still about Rs 70 crore in Gurgaon."
He further added that they also talked to Union Communication Minister, Ravi Shankar Prashad about the problems regarding falling revenue regular in BSNL located in Gurgaon. He said that customer service is not good enough which is needed to be reformed immediately. Customer satisfaction must be the first priority for all employees which is not followed in reality. However he feels that all is not lost yet. With Gurgaon
growing rapidly, new companies building their headquarters in the city, BSNL still has a scope to correct things and turn around. Gulab Singh Secretary of BSNL Mazdoor Sangh Haryana, said, "Our employees are showing a lot of negligience towards the working which is having a bad impact on the organization. If the organization goes through the same condition continuously, it can create the problems for the employees. Even they can face the reduction in the salaries. BSNL located in Gurgaon is regular facing a great unbearable loss. Our collective effort is very important to save the organization from this crisis."
All the employees and the senior guests presented in the meeting collectively agreed to put their best foot forward in order to revive the organization and make their best in future to take organization to new heights.
