SINDHUJA RAJAMARAN, who is the daughter of a cartoonist based in Chennai, became the CEO of an animation company in Chennai.

The company named Seppan Entertainment (Pvt.) Ltd. company is in the hands of the talented girl who has came a long way in very less time.

Sindhuja started taking interest in animation about five years back, when she decided to take a break from studies. She was introduced to the world of animation by her father, and became enamoured by the new-age advanced art.

Unlike his fathers’ 2D creations, the virtual 3D world appealed to her more and that is what has brought her so far. Sindhuja first did an animation project for school work at the age of 11, when she was in class VIth.

The project was about animals and saving their natural habitat titled “Do Not Disturb Animals”. It didn’t take long for her interest to become her passion and the little girl is now an animator, and of course, the chief execuitive officer of her company. She has learnt animation professionally.

Seppan, is run by 10 employees, and Sindhuja is the only person who is paid lesser than other people. This is so because Sindhuja doesn’t have the qualifications on the basis of which remuneration is decided in companies.

The company has different departments for commercial arts and they specialize in developing designs in 2D and 3D animation, interior designing, concept based sketching, website designing, caricatures designing, and printing.

Currently, the country's youngest CEO has 3 projects to work on. They are Virtual street, first planet and garbo.in.

Sindhuja has a long list of achievements. A prodigy, she is the youngest digital caricaturist awarded and certified by Corel Corporation India approved by NASSCOM Animation and Gaming Conclave 2010.

Sindhuja attempted a world record too. She tried setting up a Guinness world record for making the fastest animated movie called Exnora on 10^th of October 2010. The results for the record are awaited for her 3-minute movie, which is she made in 10 hours.

Initially, Sindhuja was hesitated in being a CEO, moreover, she was uncomfortable because of her lack of experience. But the dynamic girl has learnt the do’s and don’ts of the business.

Sindhuja is also a good student, and is an example for dreamers. Passion and hardwork is the key to success and this girl has proved it and showed it to the world. Moreover, a degree isn’t everything. If you’re talented, one should have a strong belief in one's passion and follow it till one achieves one's goals is the lesson that should be taken from her success.
