In this fast-paced life we forget one person and that is ourselves. In doing so there is an increment in lack of self belief. Thus, one should revive oneself on a regular basis.
IN OUR daily life we face lots of questions, some make us go low, some cheer us. We spend a lot of time with others, handling hectic schedules or doing various work. But in this fast life we forget one person and that is ourself. In doing so there is an increment in lack of self belief as a result the identity of a person dimnishes.
Here are 3 questions that can rejuvenate or revive one's life: Who I was? Who I am? Why so? These 3 questions are interlinked in some or the other way. The first question poses a flashback or going back into the past life. There might be things that might be something to cheer about and there might be things that might be painful. But it poses a necessity. The second question deals with the current situation. It showcases what his/her current identity is. How he sees himself/herself in the current stride of life.
The difference between the two questions showcases loss or gain. Here the third question (Why so?) also comes into play. If there is a gain between the two questions then things are to be cheered about. It shows progress in one's life. It is a path to happiness. In other words, improvement in life. The person gets instantly motivated if there is a loss. There's a need for serious and quick introspection. Regarding a loss there is a positive outcome also. It makes a person more experienced. It helps the person to know mistakes made in past life, and its outcomes. It makes a person know how he/she can tackle the same situation in current life or future life. It is somewhat similar to damage control. If there is no difference in the 2 questions than every minute factor is to be looked upon. In this internal factors and external factors play a role. If the internal factors play major role in this then they should be worked upon and at times kept at bay. Same is the case with external factors. Doing so on regular basis not only improves life cycle but also eases the way of living.
