5 simple and easy ways to stay 'fit' and 'healthy'
'Health is wealth' is perhaps the one of the most famous proverbs which we often hear from our grandparents or parents. Therefore, good health is important for all of us.

If your health is good, you can enjoy life to the fullest. However, if one is not healthy, he or she will tend to suffer from health related problems. An unhealthy lifestyle and obesity are commonly linked to health issues. Losing weight takes a lot of effort, patience, and resilience. So, here we shall discuss 5 simple ways to keep yourself 'fit' and 'healthy'.

1) Regular physical exercise:


Your morning routine should start by visiting a gym, doing yoga or taking up any physical exercise. Regular exercise not only enhances your physical fitness but also boosts your metabolism. According to a recent study, daily exercise canalso protect you from 'dementia', a term used for several symptoms that are caused by brain disorders including memory loss, difficultyin thinking etc. Performing any physical exercise on regular basis brings a great positive change not only in your physical personality but also in your mood and behaviour. The study which was published in the journal 'Sleep' found that people who slept fewer than six hours in a night for two weeks scored far worse in memory tests than those who slept for eight hours. So, lack of proper sleep can make you unhealthy and also lower your metabolic rate as well. Therefore, a good night's sleep also prevents the risk of weight gain.

5) Never skip 'breakfast'


Eating breakfast on a regular basis plays a key role in staying fit and keeping your personality impressive. A healthy breakfast starts your day off right, but many people avoid having breakfast in their daily routine. Eating a healthy breakfast helps in maintaining an appropriate blood sugar level in your body. Grains, oats, egg whites, peanut butter, Greek yogurt, milk, dal, almonds, fruits are good sources of protein, fibres, minerals and other nutrients which can be included in your daily breakfast. According to many nutritionists, a protein-rich breakfast is best for staying healthy and fit.
