75 dishes for 85 Academy Awards after-event party
The celebrity chef of the 85 Annual Academy Awards, Wolfgang Puck is ready to knock the socks off the celebrities with his scrumptious spread at the Governor's ball after the Oscars.
This time they have decided to give the 1500 guests a spread of 75 dishes, instead of a sit-down-dinning experience. Talking about his preparations for February 25, Puck, told AFP, “I think this year is gonna be fun because we gonna have party instead of a sit down dinner. So instead of having an appetizer, a main course and a dessert we gonna make 75 different dishes so if you like potato caviar, you have it; if want to have chicken 45, you have it; if you like szechuan style lobster, you have it; if you like fish Apart from the 75 dishes spread of 1,500 bottles of Thiénot Champagne would accompany the numerous toasts of the evening. With potatoes, cavier and salmon, lobsters,gold-leaf wrapped Oscar chocolate statuettes would also be circulated among the celebrities.
