A diet plan for your belly
There are several food, which can help you fight inflammation and imbalance gut flora, so you can soothe and shrink your stomach at the same time. Here are delicious options for your diet plan, which is good for your belly.
High fiber and antioxidant rich vegetables – all vegetables have good source of vitamins, phytonutrients, antioxidant and fiber, they are generally low in calories and fats. Leafy green spinach, bell pepper, cucumber, egg plant, tomatoes, potatoes has high amount of fiber and antioxidant.

Tummy-trimming fruits – many sweet fruits have a balanced glucose to fruit-sugar ratio, which may be easier on you gut, than those with more fruit sugar. These are found in bananas, blueberries, grapes, oranges, pineapple, papaya, strawberry and raspberries.

Carb-light grains – almost all grains are carb-dense and therefore may be bad for your tummy. Many like wheat are also high in sugar carbohydrates. But, since grains are a powerful sources of fiber, we included some, which are rich in fiber and relatively carb-light and these are corn, oats and brown rice.

Nuts, seeds, nut butters – nuts and seeds are great sources of energising protein, low fermentable fiber and anti-inflammatory fats. Nut butter made from these are also great options, which is found in almonds, hazelnut, pine nuts, walnuts, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds.

Maple syrup – it has least fructose compared to other sweeteners, so its better to avoid honey and start having maple syrup instead, reported indiainteracts.
