KING KHAN the heartthrob of Bollywood seems to be too tied up as he is hosting a new reality show, Zor Ka Jhatka on a popular lifestyle channel. The show which is the Indian edition of the internationally acclaimed show, Wipe Out has contestants who fight for survival by crossing hurdles in a specified period of time. The channel had launched this show after huge promotions and advertisements. But, this show is unable to create an impact amongst the spectators despite of having Shah Rukh as its host. Shah Rukh who is known for his witty one liners, on screen presence and ability to keep the situation intense failed to create ripples amongst the audiences and entertain the them. The TRP rates of the show are very low, even when they have King Khan as its host.
The much awaited comeback of Shah Rukh Khan in the small screen has disappointed the viewers. The audience had a lot of expectations from him. Before this, Shah Rukh Khan has hosted shows like KBC-3 and Kya Aap Paanchvi Paas Se Tez Hain? But these shows, too were a flop and did not entertain the audience much. Though, Shah Rukh Khan is the king of Bollywood and is one amongst the most sought after actors, he has been unable to prove his mettle on the small screen.
