The Asian School Of Media Studies, Asian Academy of Film And Television and Asian School Of Communication together have been named as the best and biggest school of journalism.
THE ASIAN Academy of Film and Television has been awarded as the biggest school of Journalism in
India. Union Minister of agriculture, Harish Rawat presented the prestigious award to Sandeep Marwah while praising him for doing remarkably well in the field.
“20 years in education, 40 courses, associated 400 faculty members, 10,000 alumni from India and 84 countries of the
World, 30 media organizations for value addition, more than one lac square feet state of art infrastructure, 4000 training films, 1800 short films, separate print, radio, Television, Cinema, New Media, Events and Fine Arts Departments makes the biggest and the best school of journalism in India,” a citation read by Vipin Gaur, General Secretary of Newspaper Association Of India, a body of 7000 newspapers and journalists.
“I am feeling honored in presenting this prestigious award to Sandeep Marwah, The president of the organization who has done remarkably well in the field of education and proved to the World that we are no less in media education,” said Harish Rawat Union Minister of Agriculture, Food and Parliamentary affairs while handing over the award in the capacity of Chief Guest here at Constitution Club, New Delhi in a large glittering function.
“I have been a teacher to Sandeep in Bhagat Singh College and take the pride in honoring him today for the best in his field,” said Yoganand Shastri Speaker in Delhi Vidhan Sabha. Others who spoke on the occasion were Sunil Dang, Dr. Narender Nath, Dr Swami Sarvanand Saraswati, Dr. Deepak Malhotra and Pawan Sharma.
