Aamir Khan signs Dhoom 3
As soon as the reports were out, Aamir confirmed the news and said that it is indeed a pleasure to be working with Yash Chopra and Aditya Chopra once again. Dhoom is a great franchise, most entertaining and full of fun, he added.
AFTER A long wait, the speculation over Dhoom 3 is over. Earlier speculations were afloat about, who will get back on the famous, hi-octane Dhoom trilogy playing the negative role. And surprisingly, its none other than perfectionist Aamir Khan, who will be seen playing the baddie in the film. As soon as the reports were out, Aamir confirmed the news and said that it is indeed a pleasure to be working with Yash Chopra and Aditya Chopra once again.

The film will be helmed by Vijay Krishna Acharya, (Victor) who had earlier written the screenplay of the earlier Dhoom films and had also directed Tashan which bombed at the box office. Aamir said that Victor's script really won him over and added that he was looking forward to work with him.

Veteran director Yash Chopra said that it's a great pleasure to have Aamir working with YRF once again. Chopra said that he was excited that an actor like Aamir will bring immense star power to Dhoom franchise.

He further said that this was one of the best scripts coming from YRF camp and he was sure that the movie will meet the expectations of the fans.

Shooting for Dhoom 3 will begin later this year and it is expected to release by December 2012.
