Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has revealed the names of its candidates that might represent Haryana in the upcoming Lok Sabha Polls. The list also has the name of four probable candidates from Gurgaon for the elections.
AAP will consider the names of the final candidates after taking an opinion from the public and will decide accordingly. A total of 46 candidates have been shortlisted from all ten constituencies in Haryana
and the final list will take another week to finalise the candidates.
“The names have been disclosed on the official website of AAP and the party will look into more names according to the opinion of the public. If the party shortlists any other candidate for the elections, their names will be updated on the official website as well”, said an AAP national council member as reported by TOI.
Yogendra Yadav, a senior leader of AAP will address a state executive meeting on today in Gurgaon in order to focus on the list of candidates from Haryana and will also launch a seperate fund- raising drive for the Lok Sabha elections in the state.
AAP got a tremendous response from Gurgaon when the party kickstarted their membership drive in the city. The party recieved 1.6 lakhs offline registrations at their various party offices.
