Not only Arvind Kejriwal, but all the AAP members are raising a lot eyebrows by doing a lot of things from the ordinary. While Arvind Kejriwal saw the uglier side of media yesterday, Yogendra Yadav, who is the Gurgaon candidate, pioneered a new way of campaigning in the city yesterday. Trying to reach out to the youth of Gurgaon, Yadav went to Cyber Hub on March 10 and asked everyone and anyone to join him there.
Cyber Hub is known for its corporate crowd and the it is the favourite place to hang out for the youth of Gurgaon. In order to tap those people, who normally shirk away from politics, Yogendra Yadav chose the place. Before venturing out to Cyber Hub, one hour prior to reaching the place, he took to Twitter and Facebook and requested people to join him.
As was reported by timesofindia.com, a AAP representative said that Yadav did not go there with any set agenda but just to meet people. Later in the day, he tweeted a number of times about his meeting. One of his tweets said, “
Although this is not the way, a leader campaigns, but we are living in the social media age and this is the fastest and the easiest way to get everyone's attention. Using the same, Yadav managed to get both attention and interest from those part of the society, who would rather talk money then politics.
