Abducted Indian workers' location identified
Forty workers of the Tariq Noor Al Huda construction company were abducted from the city of Mosul in Iraq, most of whom were from the Northern Indian belt of Punjab. What makes the matter more complicated is the fact that there has been no demands for any sort of ransom.

But, as per a report by Hindustan Times, it has been said that one of the abducted men managed to flee and also managed to get in touch with some Indian officials. He is currently said to be safe in Erbil, Iraq.

Finally there were some good news for the families of those abducted men, as the location of these men have been identified, but still, there is no clarity as to who is holding them in the location.

Foreign ministry spokesman Syed Akbaruddin has said, "We have been informed by Iraq's foreign ministry that they have been able to determine the location where these abducted Indian nationals are being held captive with workers of a few other nationalities, " reported India Today.

Now, with the emergence of more details, it has been realised that these men have been abducted since Sunday, which can also be established by the fact that some family members received their call on Sunday.

One can expect some positive news in the coming days with the Indian government taking the matter seriously, as they are bound to put pressure on Iraq, hoping to rescue these abducted Indians and bring them back to their motherland.
