Active life is key to good health
It's good to be active in life as it's key to a good health. One should take at least 10,000 steps daily to get a good health. Presently, most of the people are facing problems related to obesity, blood pressure etc due to lack of active life.

In private and government sector people are mostly glued to their chairs during their entire shift and rarely walks. And this is the reason why people are more leaning towardsa lazy lifestyle than the active one.

It is reported that too much of idleness causes damage to blood vessels. And this damage takes time to heal. People who are less active in their life face Type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease. Weight gain and insulin resistance are also part of it.

If one takes less than five thousand steps a day then it would recommend the half amount ofgood health.

Exercise is must for good health and those who cannot take out time for exercise, can take a walk in their office premises itself. One should must walk after taking his meal, either its breakfast, lunch or dinner. Walk is good for digesting food. One can avoiddoctor by a making a routine daily walk.
