I agree with you Praful Patel should take the moral responsibility and offer to resign which the Prime Minister should accept.There has been a complete neglect and it should be added that another minister Mamta Bannerji should be made to resign forcibly with unrelenting media pressure should a tragic accident happen with the railways too.Ther are reasons behind this and the progress of the nation now vitally depends upon the behavious of certain Ministers who have totally neglected their main duties in persuit of other interests. These two along with Sharad Pawar,A Raja and his collegue from the Tamil nadu are totally out of control who would eventually bring the government down.
