Al Gore cleared from massage therapist allegation
Former U.S. Vice President Al Gore has been cleared of sexual misconduct allegations of a massage therapist due to lack of credible evidence.
FORMER U.S. Vice President Al Gore has been cleared of sexual misconduct allegations of a massage therapist due to lack of credible evidence. Portland’s district attorney said Former U.S. Vice President Al Gore won’t be charged with anything because of contradictory evidence, conflicting witness statements, credibility issues, lack of forensic evidence.

Molly Hagerty, a massage therapist accused Al Gore of attempting to have sex with her during a massage session in Portland, October 2006. Hagerty had failed a previous polygraph test set up by another attorney. She also failed to turn over medical records and other documents related to the case.

Police in the city of Portland had reopened the case after massage therapist Molly Hagerty allegation was published in the tabloid press, some days back against Al Gore, 62, the time he was in Portland to deliver a speech on climate change. After conducting a month-long investigation, Multnomah County District Attorney turned down the allegation.

Former U.S. Vice President's spokeswoman, Kalee Kreider said in a statement that Gore, unequivocally and emphatically denied this accusation when he first learned of its existence three years ago. Molly Hagerty allegation on the Nobel Peace Prize winner was first reported by the National Enquirer, some days back.
