All CWG related RTI petitions, responses should be put online
Strict action should be taken not only against concerned CPIOs for evasive responses, but also against the first Appellate Authority at OC for CWG-2010 Udai Sahai for not timely responding to the appeals filed with him.
ORGANISING COMMITTEE for Commonwealth Games 2010 (OC for CWG-2010) which initially even resisted admitting itself under purview of Right To Information Act has been amongst most notorious public-authorities to give evasive and confusing responses to RTI petitions. Even the first Appellate Authority, Uday Sahai at the OC for CWG-2010 does not care to timely respond to appeals filed with him against such maliciously drafted RTI responses coming from the CPIO at OC.

Considering so much allegations of corruption in CWG-2010, OC for CWG-2010, should be directed to follow Union Railway Ministry by putting scanned copies of all RTI petitions received and responses sent thereon on its website.

Strict-most action should be taken not only against concerned CPIOs for evasive responses, but also against the first Appellate Authority at OC for CWG-2010 Udai Sahai for not timely responding to the appeals filed with him. He has not yet decided first appeal dated July 7, 2010 even though CWG-2010 has been over, apart from several others already time-barred.

Indian Olympics Association should also be taken to task where complaints are to be filed under section 18 of RTI Act at Central Information Commission for not doing anything to respond to RTI petitions.
