A society is being recognised by its efforts for national welfare, social, economical and political thoughts of its constituents. It's universal truth that power of democracy lies on the solidarity of various communities existing in it and also it is a well Known fact that a community plays a vital role in the all round development of the nation. And number is the core of the democracy. Vaish Community, like others is an important constituent of Indian Society. The community should have a strong organisation of all India level with all units of Vaish Samaj and negligence representation of the Community (in politics) should be transformed into suitable representation.

Now , All India Vaish Federation having District wise/Units in 20 states across India as well our overseas chapters are working in USA, Canada , Japan, Thailand, Gulf (Dubai)and we are going to open a chapter in Mauritius soon. Our aim is to connect the People of India Origin and NRIs to strengthen their social and Cultural relation with Indian community. Dr. Gireesh Kumar Songhai, Ex. MP is our National President of all India Vaish Federation. Currently under his able leadership, we are working hard to achieve aims and object as under:

To unite all the units (Sub-castes) of Vaish Samaj spread all over India and overseas, to bring them on a common platform.

Equal and strong contribution for rights, respect and power.

To unite Vaish Samaj , to coordinate and connect various institutes /organisations of Vaish Samaj. To establish a branch of federation in every district and at village level.

To make collective efforts for evolving comprehensive awareness among youths and women against bad tradition and for social upliftment.

To work for social, political upliftment of Vaish Community along with services to mankind at large.

To encourage all the sub-castes in the Vaish Community for inter caste marriage and to help them for the same.

To discourage all the bad traditions, fundamentalism etc. spread in the Vaish Community.
