In matters of health and happiness, all religions have the same message - stay wealthy to stay happy. In a seminar, I and other speakers emphasized on this message.
Dr. Karan Singh, MP and Chairman ISSER, while delivering the key note address, observed that all religions have a common wisdom - to tap into one's consciousness even as different names are given to consciousness. Dr. Singh added that God is an eternal, and all-pervasive force, and this can't be extinguished by fire or in any other way. Health can be attained by being moral and being rightious.
Other speakers in the seminar included Maulana Wahiduddin, President, Islamic Centre on Islam and Health, Mr. Sunil Kumar on Hinduism, Fr. Mathew Abraham, CDCI on Christianity, Dr Dinyar Patel on Zoroastrianism, Dr. A K Merchant on Bahai Faith, Ezekiel Isaac Malekar on Judaism, Shri Paramjeet Singh Sarna on Sikhism, Dr. T D Kartsang, Head, Tibetan Medical Institute on Buddhism, Samani Rohit Pragya and Samani Mimansa Pragya on Jainism.
