"Earlier yoga was practiced by celibates, but my great guru Shri Ram Lal Ji and Shri Mulch Raj Ji made yoga a practice to be experienced by everyone," he further added.

He also taught about Nari taan, skaand chaalan, pag chaalan, nabhi chaalan, antar chaalan, bal machlan, kati bandh, nari sanchalan.

"Ayurveda and yoga were old healthy systems developed by sanits and sages. We are planning to start yoga classes at college campus for hostlers," said Roshan Lal Jindal.

Ritu Jindal, Chairperson, SRM Global said, "Yog is especially advantageous for college students as it is the right age to introduce them the benefits of yoga and good habits formed now will stay with them for the rest of their life."
