An open letter to Narendra Modi: BJP's alliance with LJP and DMK self-destructive
Respected Narendra Modi Ji, There is a definite positive wave running in the country in your favor as well as in your party's favor. All surveys and opinion polls are indicating that you are going to be the Prime Minister of India, in all probability. So called leaders like Lalu, Nitish, Mamta, Maya, Mulayam, Rahul, Sonia and Kejriwal do not have guts to stop you from becoming the Prime Minister after the 2014 Lok Sabha polls.

Despite many positive factors in your favor, there have been certain blunders within your party, which may certainly disrupt your dream of becoming the Prime Minister.

Your party has recently forged an alliance in Bihar with Lok Janshakti Party of Ram Vilas Paswan and have given clear indications to forge another alliance in Tamil Nadu with Karunanidhi of DMK. Both these parties are considered to be "politically dead" due to their misdeeds and your party appears to have given a life line to them. These parties are the champions of crime, corruption and anarchy and are perceived as anti-social, anti people and even anti-national and have lost their connect with the people.

It is not surprising that Lok Janshakti Party as on date, does not have a MLA or MP as it has been thoroughly rejected by the public. Similarly, after being caught red handed in 2G Scam, DMK is perceived as the epitome of corruption and two of its leaders including former UPA Minister A. Raja and Karunanidhi's daughter Kanimozhi were arrested in connection of this scam.

People have already declared these parties 'politically dead' and even if your party decided to provide a life line to them, it would be a futile effort on your part. This move will provide no gain to you and has the potential of damaging your own prospects.

Your party has an uphill task of winning at least 273 Lok Sabha seats in order to secure an absolute majority and in the changed political circumstances, where Kejriwal factor is threatening to disturb all political calculations, you can not take a chance even for a single Lok Sabha seat.

In case, your party fields its own candidates from these seats, there are fair chances that the candidates will win the seats. However, it is certain that wherever the candidates of both these parties (LJP and DMK) will contest the election, they will not only be defeated, will loose their deposits also. Thus, there will be clear loss to you in terms of the seats in your account. Plus the clean image of your party will also be badly hit.

With the emergence of Kejriwal factor, politics and the people's expectations from the politicians have completely changed. People are now reluctant to accept the corrupt and criminals as their representatives in the Parliament or in Assemblies. Now only the candidates with clean image, are in a position to win the election.

While the nation is willing to welcome you as new Prime Minister, it is for you to decide, whether you are prepared for the same or not and how you keep a safe distance from these "undesirable elements". If you become Prime Minister, despite your alliance with these "politically dead undesirable elements" parties, that will be no less than a "miracle".
