Another molestation in Gurgaon: Accused gets bail
Molestation, spiking of drinks and raping have become as common as the day in Gurgaon now. Where on one side, Gurgaon traffic police are trying all kinds of means to provide law and order to the public, on the other side crimes are increasing day and night. In a recent incident, a 22 year old woman in Gurgaon was molested.
Two people from a popular MNC had allegedly molested and harassed a girl in Sector 29. When the girl's friend tried to intervene, even he was beaten up by these people. In a city, which host some of the biggest companies and MNC's, it is sad to see people of such stature being reported for such heinous crimes.

As was reported by the timesofindia.com, the two accused where identified as Vikrant, a resident of Sushant Lok in Gurgaon and Kapil, a resident of Rajender Nagar in Delhi. They were arrested after the girl filed a complaint and later was presented before the city court on Tuesday and granted bail.

It was on Monday evening that the girl went out of a cafe to make a call when these two accused came and harassed her passing lewd comments. A police further informed, ''They made lewd remarks and when she protested they grabbed her hand. Her companions came to her rescue but they attacked them and broke her friend's teeth.''

The girl noted the car number and later filed a complaint with the police and an FIR has been has been lodged against the two under sections 323, 294, 354-D and 34 of the IPC. When questioned ASI Lal Singh Dhankar, the investigator said, ''The woman has refused to undergo a medical examination. The accused work in a Delhi-based MNC and belong to affluent families.''

The men however said that they have been framed and nothing was correct.
