Apple iPad will be available in the U.K., Canada including nine countries on May 28,. Apple will be offering the tablet computer in nine additional markets in July. According to the statement issued by Apple, customers of Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain, Switzerland and U.K. Customers can pre-order all iPad models from Apple’s online store in all nine countries beginning on Monday, May 10. Apple's most talkative device iPad was unveiled in US in January this year.
According to the reports, Apple iPad will be available in the UK for a suggested retail price of £429 for 16GB, £499 for 32GB, £599 for 64GB for Wi-Fi models and £529 for 16GB, £599 for 32GB and £699 for 64GB for Wi-Fi + 3G models. The price of the Apple iPad in Canada in Wi-Fi-version for $549 for the model with 16 gigabytes of storage, $649 for 32 GB and $749 for 64 GB. The price for both Wi-Fi and 3G cellular networks will be of $679 for 16 GB, $779 for 32 GB and $879 for 64 GB.
In the US, Apple has already sold over one million iPads since they went on sale there April 5, with the Wi-Fi + 3G version going on sale April 30 and customers have downloaded over 12 million apps from the App Store, as well as over 1.5 million ebooks from the new iBookstore. Apple said the device will be released in Austria, Belgium, Hong Kong, Ireland, Luxembourg, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand and Singapore in July. However, pricing and pre-order details for these nine countries will be announced later.
