Apple to Release iOS 4.1 to iPhone 4 Owners This Friday
Apple plans to hold a press conference to discuss the iPhone 4 and issues related to it. The Apple iPhone 4 common problems are reception issue when the phone is held in a certain way, call drops, camera taking yellowed pictures etc.
 Finally Apple is going to break its dignified silence on Friday, as the rumours suggest. Apple iPhone 4 problems like antennae issue, reception problems, call drops, camera issues etc. are expected to be solved with a software update namely Apple iPhone 4 iOS 4.1.

 

As per the reports from various quarters and some tech blogs which are known to have positive guesses and sometimes confidential information as well, Apple will release the first software update to iOS 4 by the name iOS4.1.

He conference is scheduled to be held at 10 a.m. in Cupertino, Calif., on Friday. There is no more information on it.


 


It should be noted that apple have been under severe criticism because of these iPhone 4 problems and it is affecting its brand equity. And Apple will do anything to save it. There were rumours that Apple will recall iPhone 4s, if this was to be true it would have cost Apple an amount in tune of $1.5 billion.


 


The first reaction from Apple to the cost prominent issue of call drops on iPhone 4 was that one should not hold the phone in that way or use the $30 iPhone 4 Bumper cases!


 


Apple later informed that the issue was a software problem and can be fixed with an update to iOS 4. Apple further added that it had discovered that the formulae used to calculate the signal bars on iPhones was wrong and it showed an inflated number of bars.


 


Apple has released a beta version of  iOS 4.1 update to developers on Wednesday and it is hoped that on Friday the common users will get a hand on it. Let’s see whether or not the problem is solved and Apple as a brand stands as tall as it always did.
