Apple is coming up with its latest iPhone 5, which, by all accounts trickling in, would be smarter than Samsung Galaxy S III, and is likely to challenge the latter's latest surge in the high-end smartphone segment. The iPhone 5 may be released by the end of the year, may be in October. The smartphone is going to be a better one with a faster processor, the graphics are also expected to improve, and a smaller 19-pin dock connector would also be present, reported the website of Computer World. Some more changes might be brought about too.
Foxconn is one of the largest manufacturing partner for Apple. Foxconn's CEO, Terry Gou has said that the new smartphone would put “Samsung Galasy S III to shame”. It is a huge statement to be made at this hour, when Samsung Galaxy S III has been doing great business. He said this during the Hon Hai's annual stockholder's meeting. It remains to be seen if they come up with such a smartphone that's going to kill the Samsung market or at least fragment it. It might take a lot of hard work to achieve this, but there is no doubt about its potential to do so.
Clearly, Apple fears Samsung in the smartphone sector. The next upcoming model of Apple, iPhone5 will be the most awaited phone of the year. But the competition is on between Samsung and Apple as far as smartphones are concerned. At the end, it is the consumers who would benefit due to the quality improvement every time a new model is introduced in the market.
