If the rumors could be believed, FaceTime video chat, arguably the iPhone 4's most-hyped feature, will be included too, as will a gyroscope to enhance the iPod touch's gaming skills. FaceTime Wi-FI video chat probably support for iOS 4, the next gen iPod Touch will offer the same movement sensors as the iPhone 4. Assuming the iPod touch gets FaceTime, video chats would be limited to next-gen touch and iPhone 4 users via Wi-Fi.

Apple is expected to bring the iPhone 4's magnificent 960-by-640-pixel screen to the iPod Touch. This whole rumor suggests that the device will probably be powered by the A4 processor that Apple utilizes in its iPad and iPhone 4 as well. The Apple's iPhone 4 will also having  longer battery life, built-in microphone, and faster Wi-Fi.

British retailer John Lewis revealed the iPhone 4's new touch specs during a slideshow presentation at its "Xmas in July" event in London. However, Apple is keeping mum about the Internet rumors of iPhone 4. Whether or not this September sees the debut of a camera-equipped iPod Touch, Apple certainly has other issues to occupy its attention at the moment.
