Appreciate the special people in your life
We shouldn't let a disappointment or two in life turn us cynical. Life's full of special people who really care. All we need is the vision to be able to spot them and the strength of character to hold on to them.
TODAY I just want to pour my heart out to those young boys and girls who feel deceived or ditched by someone very close. Just close your eyes and go back to the time when you were a young kid. Then, all your entire world meant was school, exams, homework and tuitions. Getting good marks was the only aim then in your life. But you were itching to grow up and be part of the grown up world. ‘Earning’ was the golden verb you wanted to define your occupation in life, not studying. Now that you are actually earning don’t you often look back on those golden times with a longing for those innocent friends, who used to fight with you in the first period and then make up by the last. Friends who never went behind your back, who never pretended to be your best wishers but always were. Don’t you miss the teachers who never seemed to be your best pals but always used to punish you for your best, always taught you something good without asking for anything in return? And above all your parents, whom you used to always blame and fool but who never complained and never gave up on you?
Now open your eyes and realize you are special to have had so many people to love you, teach you and care for you. In the rat race of life we let others take priority over people who really matter. We shouldn’t let a disappointment or two in life turn us cynical. Definitely not in the search of the fairy tale ‘someone special’. It is a myth that brings unnecessary pain to too many people. Life’s full of special people who really care for you. All you need is the vision to be able to spot them and the character to hold them.

.Even you win a rat race you are still a rat. I liked your flashback part. Where the highest part in the world was dad's shoulder. We will grow older day by day but the best way to do it to be young at heart. Keep writing stuffs. All the best for your part of life.

you know while most of the people put on specs to correct their vision, it requires to introspect to correct the inner vision. It is you, me or anyone else who just searches for goodies from the world but never realize what we have done for others,
