Are upcoming Gurgaon sky scrappers following rules and regulations?
In fact, the construction starts first and the approvals follow later. This infringement of the law seems to be with the administrative nod of the authorities - since they are capitalists and have their link with the political leaders of the town, district or state.

OUR GURGAON, also called as the Millennium or Cyber City, undoubtedly, is trying to catch up with Singapore and other European countries in terms of skyscrapers, tall buildings, and private construction projects. But are they regularized? Do they follow all the laid down procedures of HUDA, Town Planner, Public Health, Power and Water departments?

The promoters do manage the necessary licenses and approvals by pleasing the required people at the top. As a result, sometimes, permission for bore well permission and power connection wattage is attained higher than perimitted limit.

Due to corruption, parks and children's play grounds, and good roads are promised only on paper. Even environment rules are not taken care of while giving approvals. In fact, the construction starts first and the approvals follow later - how come?

The poor residents and occupants, later, face a lot of difficulties when they observe that the promises made at the time of booking are partial, and facilities promised are not up to the mark. Maintenance and its charges, is yet another point that creates problems for the residents later on after taking possession of the property.

Can our authorities be serious and honest while providing the approvals so that the allotees who have invested their life savings can live peacefully and gracefully?
