.Terrorism should not be allowed to raise its ugly head - the following measures could be considered for remedy,by the World Governing Council and other countries: a) In all those countries which are terrorist prone, The World Governing Council can come out with a plan for encouraging every family to gone in for "one child per family only" concept with lots of benefits, on modern development scale. b) Behaviour pattern of the community people to be studied in detail and all efforts made by the Governing Council to make the behaviour friendly/cordial/warmth with no hatred whatsoever from any angle!!! For achieving this, those countries whose people in large (more than average) having the best of behaviour pattern should be encouraging to come and help these people for undergoing excellent change in their behaviour pattern. c) World Governing Council must attempt to create as many jobs as possible in countries which are terrorist prone or terrorist affected. Here, the statement made by Mr. Karzai of Afganisthan is noteworthy - he has compared his country with USA/India and China where every young citizen craving for a job for bettering his life. Similarly, Mr. Karzai hopes every Afghan person, if suitably employed, will augur well for his country to move forward. It has come to limelight, without any source of income or avenue, depserate people resort to join terrorist related activity where they are lured to get better income. d) World Governing Council must create a mechanism whereby THERE IS COMPLETE EMBARGO OF ARMS AND AMMUNITIONS in those places which are terrorist prone, the mechanism involved should conduct more than house to house search. e) World Governing Council must create a conducive environment for buying utility products manufactured by the people of terrorist prone countries, after reformation, maybe under a quota system. Just like there is a Refugee Quota for migrants to move from one country to another. On similar lines, a quota system should be created for buying the produced products from such places. f) Lots of money invested in creating entertainment avenues like movies, games and sports, parks and gardens, stadiums, music. g)World Governing Council must make every attempt to create an atmosphere of MULTI CULTURAL SOCIETY norm in all those countries which are terrorist prone and infected. h) Perhaps, reducting or enhancing the currency value of terrorist prone countries could result in better trade and commerce. The idea is not to allow the currency value to remain the same or stagnate at its current value. This move will make the people to think for the better undergoing change in their mindset. i)Those countries which are terrorist prone must be converted into friendly tourist spots with the help of World Governing Council - this move will strengthen the belief that the rest of the countries are really carring and concerned about the terrorist prone countries. j) the concept of introducing Plastic currency replacing the existing paper currency mode should be introduced which will ensure there is not much flow of currency inthe open market resulting in better administration of monetary policies. k) Gradual empowerment of women in all fields (from A to Z) with proper education and training could go a long way in making the terrorist prone countries feel better and progressive - World Governing Council must do everything to achieve these. l) Orphaned childed due to terrorist activities must be given preference for adoption by the World Governing Council - there shuld be all around encouragement from prosperous parents throughout the world to come forward for adopting these children in a very easy and simple process.
