WITH CESC Fabregas and Samir Nasri likely to leave Arsenal this summer, the Arsenal team are on the lookout for a suitable replacement, which could fit into Arsenal colours. Arsene Wenger, the manager for Arsenal seems to be interested in the Valencia player, Juan Mata, who has a buyout clause of £17.5 million from his Valencia contract. According to reports Tottenham Hotspur also seems to be interested in the player.
He has been attracting a large number of clubs for his services, but a deal has not been finalised. Liverpool was also interested in the player previously, as they are also on the lookout for classy wingers. As of now, Arsenal seems to be the favourite to land the player along with Tottenham Hotspur.
He could easily fit in to the Arsenal team, as he has age on his side and could be a good investment for the future. Arsene Wenger is always involved in such wise deals, where the club would be benefitting in the future too. The 23-year-old player has already won laurels from many an expert all around the globe as he has achieved a lot in such a young age. He has managed to score around 46 goals for Valencia.
It would be interesting to see as to what happens in this deal as Valencia, for a long time, maintained that the player would not be sold to any team as he is a very important member of the Valencia’s squad.
