Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir is harmful for India: Indresh Kumar, Central member, RSS
"Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru was responsible for the J&K problem. Article 370 in Jammu & Kashmir is harmful for India. This cruel law violates women and human rights in this special state. This law is also anti-India which promotes terrorist groups in J&K and other Indian cities for blood curdling violence and deaths of innocent people," said Indresh Kumar, central member of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh and founder of Forum for Integrated National Security (FINS), Mumbai during his speech at the seminar hall of Sinha Library in Patna (Bihar) on Sunday.
He said it must be evaluated if the Article 370 was beneficial for J&K or for anti-India powers in last 65 years. It was illegal and obstacle in national integration for India.

The one day seminar on the topic 'Article 370 and National Security' was organized by Mumbai based Forum for Integrated National Security (FINS) in Patna. It's main motto was to aware the people about wrong myths and negative consequences of Article 370 in the country.

"Gujarat and Punjab are near the border of Pakistan, but Pakistan did not show his rights, but the article 370 encourages Pakistan in Jammu & Kashmir for violent acts and terrorism. In J&K due to this cruel law people faces discrimination owning property, education, health and voting, which creates hurdles in the field of progress of this state. This cruel law also violates constitutional essential rights. People of J&K who did not respect and love India, they should quit from India," said Indresh Kumar in the seminar.

Indresh also appreciated the success of PM Narendra Modi's ballet policy in the area of bullets within six months.

"It's right time to abolish Article 370 for the real security of India," said Raj Kumar Sigh, MP from Ara during his speech in the seminar.

"The freedom of India is not complete till the abolishment of Article 370 in Jammu & Kashmir," said Nityanand Roy, MP from Uiarpur to the youth present in the seminar.
