Asin had expressed her wish to act with SRK but when Farah Khan offered her a role against Shahrukh Khan for her film, Happy New Year, she rejected the offer.

ASIN THOTTUMKAL, the South Indian actress who got a lot of praise for her acting in Ghajni is yet again in news. The actress, after having a dream start in Bollywood through Ghajni, working with Aamir Khan, even got a chance to work with Salman Khan in London Dreams. After working with both the khans, as if it was not enough, she got an offer to work with our King Khan, Shahrukh Khan.

Asin had expressed her wish to act with SRK but when Farah Khan offered her a role against Shahrukh Khan for her film, Happy New Year, she rejected the offer. All the while she was keen to work with Shahrukh Khan but when the chance actually came her way, she just let it go. It is believed that the actress was very excited when she got the offer and took her own sweet time. She consulted with her father Joseph Thottumkal and then turned down the offer for Farah's Happy New Year.

Asin told Farah that she had some problems with the dates so could not take up the offer and thus rejected the golden opportunity. It is being said that now the offer may be made to either Priyanka Chopra or Deepika Padukone as they both are very keen to be a part of the film which is schedule to go to the floors by this year end.
