It is not Line of Control but Letter of Credit (LOC) for which former CM is being cornered after so many years. IT is outright blackmailing by a visibly insecure CM (in the face of CBI enquiry regarding North Cachar Autonomous council and recovery of huge sums of unaccounted money from garage) that is very distressing. BIRDS OF SAME KIND FLOCK (fly and sink) TOGETHER. Keep on fooling vast majority. Best of luck.
