Enough is enough and we should gradually start replacing the seniors by new promising faces that are waiting to serve the national team effectively. Though we have seen embarrassing defeats, Indian team should at least win the rest of matches against Australia.
LAST SUMMER, India lost 4-0 to England and many including M S Dhoni blamed the injured players, particularly Zaheer Khan and Virender Sehwag, besides the inadequate preparation time for the loss. Now almost all players are back in the team with complete fitness; and still we had a very poor display in Melbourne and Sydney.

Dhoni must be running short of excuses and the team is already down 2-0 against mighty Australia. In fact before the series began, Michael Clarke’s team was considered the weakest but they not only surprised the cricketing world but also created new world record by scoring a triple century.
Indians could never got a good start, their middle order too proved to be a failure. Though the tail enders did resist for some time, in particular Ashwin who looked in great touch. Sehwag and Gambhir have proved to be a complete failure so far and so are the bowlers Zaheer Khan and Ishant Sharma. The batting statistics of Sehwag and Gambhir in England and Australia are good enough to justify our comments.
Dhoni has been batting only 20-20 style and normally he plays for his records. He as a captain should be more responsible and should bat with due patience at the time of need. The time has come when a change in the team selection is required; slowly we should change the seniors like Laxman, Sehwag, Gambhir, Dravid, Sachin and Dhoni and replace them with new faces who are readily available.
Enough is enough and how long we will keep on losing series overseas. We can still maintain our prestige and image by winning rest of the two Test Matches, one day series and the Tri-series.
