The latest news, updates and results of Australian Open 2010:
 
Serena Williams displayed some brilliant performance in the Australian Open 2010 beating Spain's Carla Suarez-Navarro 6-0, 6-3. The top seed and 4 time champion beat her opponent in just 81 minutes. She will now meet Samantha Stosur, the 13th seed in the last 16.
 
Venus Williams won her game 6-1, 7-6 over Australia's Casey Dellacqua. She remains on course for an all Williams semi-final. She will meet Italy's Francesca Schiavone, who defeated 10th seed, Agneiszka Radwanska, 6-2, 6-2.
 
Roger Federer won quite comfortably with straight sets win over Spain's Albert Montanes. He won 6-3, 6-4, 6-4 against the 31st seed, breaking Montanes once in each set and did not allow him a single break point in the match. Federer will not face either Lleyton Hewitt or Marcos Baghdatis, the 2006 finalist for a place in the quarter finals.
 
Serbis Novak Djokovic lost only 4 games and beat Uzbekistan's Denis Istomin 6-1, 6-1, 6-2.
