Beneficial Brown Fat helps burn bad White Fat
The brown fat is a type of heat-generating fat that burns energy rather than storing it. It is present in brown rice and brown bread, which come under the whole grain category.

IN MANY parts of our country rice is a staple food, supplying half of the daily calories. Many varieties of rice are available in the market including brown rice, whose outermost layer called the hull is removed from the rice kernel.

Removing the hull doesn't affect the nutritional value of the rice while milling and polishing the brown rice converts it into white rice, which destroys vitamin B1, vitamin B3, vitamin B6, half of manganese, half of phosphorus, iron and all the essential fatty acids and dietary fibers, according to indiainteracts.

Divya, a nutritionist says that there are numerous benefits of brown rice, like it contains higher extent antioxidants mostly rich in selenium, which help to reduce the stress levels. As the brown rice is rich in fiber and antioxidants, diabetic patients can also eat it. Brown rice provides calories at a lower pace than the white rice, it also gives you a feeling of fullness because of the high fiber content.

Changing to brown rice all of a sudden is not advisable, so first try to incorporate half portion of brown rice with half portion of white rice and slowly accommodate it in your daily diet. Apart from eating brown rice in your main meal, try to eat brown bread as a snack.

While purchasing a pack of brown bread always check the ingredients and buy the bread with whole grain and whole wheat. Sometimes the colour of the bread may come because of the caramel colouring so don't go for such breads. The brown bread is also good for health as it contains high amount of dietary fibres.

So, with all the colours of vegetables and fruits, try to include brown into your diet to make it a complete and a healthy diet.

Brown breads available in market are not healthy. They are just caramelised bread that do more damage to your body than good.
