The actress who was last seen in the Super Bowl commericial, Snickers commercial, has been ushered into the show after fans launched a Facebook campaign - Get Betty White on Saturday Night Live, or SNL.
Betty White on Saturday Night Live, will be joined by many Saturday Night Live or SNL favorites like Tina Fey, who will host the show on April 10 with Justin Bieber, Amy Poehler, Molly Shannon, Maya Rudolph, Ana Gasteyer and Rachel Dratch.
SNL executive producer Lorne Michaels admitted that he always wanted Betty White on the Saturday Night Live.
Meanwhile, Betty White said, "Years ago, I turned it down three times. It's so New York, and I'm not New York at all. But my agent said he'd divorce me if I didn't do it and I love my agent."
The Betty White Super Bowl commercial for Snickers, was one appearence that wowed audiences all over. It led to the Facebook campaign to get her on SNL. Betty White is excited about the show. She said,"It's lovely and at my age it's certainly unexpected. I've got so much energy, it's ridiculous. I love working. My schedule is a feverish one, and I'm used to that."
