Beware of marrying an Indian girl
Biased Indian laws and the extortionist attitude of empowered Indian women towards marriage should serve as a warning to men. The bitter truth is that Indian marriage reeks of bitter resentment, biased laws against the husband and extortionist wives.
HONEST, DOWN to earth, religious, very traditional these are the words that describe about 99 per cent of brides to be in matrimonial sites. These conjure an image of the Sati Savitri that the Indian women are in the eyes of any man or prospective groom. The media and the government also support this by projecting an image that the poor Indian women who are suffering from decades of male oppression need a helping hand in marriage.

Think again young men. What the media or the government does not want you to know about are highlighted below. And these are nothing but the hidden bitter truth behind most Indian marriages .The bitter truth is that the Indian marriage these days reeks of bitter resentment, biased laws against the husband and extortionist wives.

1)   Twice the number of Indian married men commit suicide every year as compared to women .The suicides of men are brushed under the carpet as due to financial reasons while that of women are investigated as dowry deaths and additional funds get allocated to fight the fictional dowry menace.

2)   More than 126,000 men have been arrested in the last four years alone apart from lakhs of elderly citizens, young bright men and even children in the name of dowry harassment by the Indian Police at the behest of a simple complaint.

3)   A simple report is enough to put the entire family of the husband behind bars under the draconian section 498A which has been hailed as the weapon of mass destruction by the modern empowered of India.

4)   The Domestic Violence Act 2005, another law considers even talking loudly with the wife an act of violence and the husband and his family can be entangled in a false case under the Domestic Violence Act. Lakhs of husbands and their elderly parents have been thrown out of their own homes under this law, by the wives so that she and her family can occupy it.

5)   The extortionist police along with the judiciary are misused by the unscrupulous wife and her family to extort money and torture the families of the husband. The law provides no punishment or deterrent against misusing the senseless laws and that emboldens criminal wives even further.

6)   Even if you have not accepted or demanded a single paisa as dowry you can be booked under the anti dowry law. According to the centre for social research , 98 per cent of cases filed under the anti dowry law are filed with ulterior motives and are a great source of income for courts, police and lawyers and families of wives.

7)   Young, highly educated and brilliant NRI boys who resist extortion efforts under section 498A have the dreaded Interpol Red Corner notices put up against their names thereby putting them in the same segment as dreaded criminals and international terrorists. This is done by the Indian police to ensure that these people when returning to India to meet their aged parents are arrested and tortured till they give in to the extortionist demands of the wives family.

8)   There are no laws whatsoever to protect men in India. Indian men are considered to be the lying in all cases are not believed by the media, the government , the police or the judiciary .The Indian man cannot turn for help anywhere when he is accused falsely with a dowry harassment case or the Domestic violence Act.

Young Indian men living in India and abroad, you have worked really hard to reach where you are today and the country is proud of you for what you have achieved. Think twice before marrying these thousands of "honest, down to earth, religious, truthful “and "god-fearing” girls who are hiding in the innumerable Indian matrimonial sites. These are monsters in disguise and once they sign on the dotted line in a marriage solemnization certificate, will not think twice about misusing the biased and senseless Indian laws to destroy the lives of many a bright young Indian man.

Now, the question is, are not Prashanth's sister and mother women? Why they have to run for anticipatory bails to courts and police stations and stand with criminals in courts when a complaint is filed without evidence of any of the allegations against them. What is National Commission for Women(NCW) doing for such innocent mothers and sisters? Why Prashanth, his father, mother and youger sister are considered "guilty till proven innocent"? Can we call this country a civilized nation when its parliament considers individual justice can be sacrificed for social justice? Why do we celebrate independence day when thousands of innocent elders and even minors get jailed? Andhravilas reports, The Prashant-Grihalakshmi matter is getting more and more complex. When he threw a bombshell that Grihalakshmi was already married and cheated him by hiding this fact and marrying him, the whole matter exploded into the open. Last evening, Narayanan Venu Prasad turned up at the All Women's Police Station in Mambalam. By law, he is Grihalakshmi's first husband as he has had a registered marriage with her.Though Venu Prasad and Grihalakshmi did not have any physical relationship, they had a registered marriage and are lawfully married. To have married Prashant without getting divorce from her first husband is a crime by law and not having informed Prashant about it, is an even bigger crime. I met Prashanth and Thyagarajan with two SIFF activists and discussed the issues for two hours and planned for Press Conference next day. The trauma faced by the family members of celebrities is in no way different from that of common people, when they face the threats of false cases and subsequent defamation in media. Fortunately, Tamil print and visual media exposed Grihalaksmi. The first husband of Grihalakshmi and Prashanth both filed for divorce. (news)
Tamil Actor Prashanth Stands Against a False Case of Section 498a Noted Tamil actor Prashanth addressed a press conference organized by “Save Indian Family Foundation” on 23rd June, 2007 and urges media to make a difference for families, who face severe trauma when a false case of section 498a is filed against them. The “Legal Terrorism” in India is extremely just. It does not discriminate its preys. Rich, poor, famous and ordinary, all face legal terrorism in India. When the family of famous Tamil actor Prashanth (wiki) sensed the prospects of getting victimized by Indian Legal System and the dreaded Section 498a of IPC, the family turned to google search in Internet. Soon the family members felt that they are not the only ones and a survivor’s guide to 498a came to their rescue. The family got something more than legal advice. The family members got moral and emotional support. Prashanth, Son of veteran film actor, producer and director Thiagarajan. Popularly known as "Top Star", Kathal Ilavarasan (the prince of love). He remains the hot favourite among the youngsters and is the heart throb of teeny boppers. He made his debut a decade back, in 1990, when he starred in Vaigasi Poranthachu the film fared well at the box office. Chembaruthi, directed by Selvamani, followed and that film gave a strong footing to Prashant in Tamil filmdom. Vanna Vanna Pookal by Balu Mahendra won the best regional film award at the national level and Prasanth came into reckoning thereafter. Kids accused of aiding dowry torture: KANPUR: While most children their age are busy with school activities, two siblings - eight-year-old Ajay and four-year-old Vishal - are evading arrest, and are in hiding since June 29. The two have been implicated under several sections of the IPC on charges of dowry harassment and cruelty against their sister-in-law and have been issued non-bailable warrants by the district court. Under Section 156 (3) of the CrPC, the district court had asked the police to register a case and arrest Ramesh Kuriel, a resident of Darshadev village in Kanpur dehat district, his wife Shanti and their sons, Abhinay (24), Ajay (8) and Vishal (4). The court issued the directive on a complaint filed by Abhinay's wife Deepa, who had alleged that her in-laws, husband and the two minor brothers-in-law tried to set her ablaze on December 2, 2006, because her family refused to pay a dowry of Rs 50,000 besides a bike. The children have been accused of helping the family in pouring kerosene on Deepa. While police cite compliance of court order and continue raiding possible hideouts in search of the children, Deepa's advocate Arun Srivastava argued that she had not disclosed the age of the accused, hence the gaffe. "We are trying to correct the lapse," he added. Although Ramesh and his wife were granted bail on Tuesday, their sons are yet to seek bail. "Deepa has implicated my entire family after my son Abhinay refused to leave us and stay separately," Ramesh said. The case, however, has added to the swelling number of frivolous anti-dowry litigation in which the criminal justice system is used as a tool to settle personal scores. This is happening despite several high court orders in the past asking lower courts to avoid entertaining flimsy use of the anti-dowry law. The latest such direction had come from the Delhi High Court on March 13. "The trial court must take into account the entirety of the case. It must peruse all documents brought to it and then decide whether there was a genuine case or not," Justice S N Dhingra had observed in his order. The court gave the opinion after hearing a plea by Sangeeta Kalra to quash a criminal complaint filed by her father in June 1999, accusing her husband and in-laws of harassing her for dowry.
