'Bhadaas Cafe' – India's first anger management cafe
The most destructive emotion of all is said to be 'anger' as it causes deep disturbance to human mind. Manifestation of anger causes harm to our personal and professional relationships. This emotion has the power to attain utmost dominance on our thought process and lives.

A person who is angry is always frustrated that is why it is preferable to express anger instead of letting it boil within, as it will sooner or later burst out.

For the first time ever in India, a hub known as 'Bhadaas Cafe' has been recently established wherein people come to find solutions to their anger and stress problems. This is not just any other cafe that you often visit for a cup of coffee, but a therapeutic tonic for the new age world.

The Cafe was launched on May 6 at 27-A, Chandra Nagar, Barfanidham, Opposite Garden, MR-9, Main Road, Near Syndicate Bank, Indore.

Mr Atul Malikram, founder & owner of the Cafe said, "If you want to express your feelings – scream, abuse, cry, eliminating all ill thoughts – here's that corner for you. Provided that uniform is worn to break old scrap & you are under security supervision. Such activities are proven to control rage in an efficient manner. Operating hours of the Cafe have been designed in such a way that it helps people socialise after a long day of work or study."

In cities like Dallas (United States)and Melbourne (Australia) anger rooms run successfully where people tired of their daily chores come to seek respite and relief services. There's a dire need for people to recognise the significance of such platforms with India being no exception.
