Bhopal-based pre-school and activity club chain wins World Education Award 2016
Bhopal's Brainy Bear Pre-School and Activity Club, a venture of the esteemed AISECT Group, has won the prestigious World Education Award 2016 for the 'Innovative Intervention in Pre-School Teaching & Learning' category.
Pallavi Rao Chaturvedi (Founder, Brainy Bear & Director, AISECT) and Abhishek Pandit (Director, Eduvantage Ltd.) were facilitated with the award at the recently concluded 6th World Education Summit in Dubai.

They received the award from AyoubKazim (Managing Director, Dubai Knowledge Village and Dubai International Academic City) and V. Radhakrishnan (State Minister of Education, Sri Lanka) who were the Guests of Honourat the ceremony.

World Education Summit (WES), organized by EletsTechnomedia, is the world's premier platform on education for everyone who is passionate about education and learning. Over the years, the Summit has become the largest gathering of education leaders.

WES 2016 aims to recognise, highlight, honour and encourage leading models, projects, processes of excellence and sustainable innovation in school and higher education.

The Awards, which were a part of the Summit, saw entrepreneurs in the education space getting recognized, giving the award winners a platform to showcase their innovations and best practices. There were 70 award nominations across 40 categories.

Talking about Brainy Bear's Mother Toddler Programme, Pallavi Rao Chaturvedi said, "The program is based on the premise that this would be the first time a child is coming out in an environment where everything is new and hence this program is the best way to introduce them to fun and learning in a safe environment with their mothers and gradually wean them off to become independent preschoolers."
