The result of the biggest loser finale is out. Michale Ventrella is the winner of the biggest loser finale 2010. Michael Ventrella, the 30 year old deejay from Chicago, IL won the title of biggest loser.

Michael Ventrella started the season as the Biggest Loser's heaviest contestant ever weighing 526lbs. Michael lost a whooping two hundred sixty four pounds to win biggest loser finale. The biggest loser was indeed the biggest loser. Like all other contestants, Michale too followed a strict diet to lose quick weight. After the show, the winner of biggest loser 2010, Michale weighed at 262 lbs giving him a 50.19% weight loss percentage that won him the grand prize of $250, 000.

Michael said that he was never able to fly an airplane using one seat but now he will easily fit in the seat. But his biggest concern is learning how to maintain his weight and healthy lifestyle. He added that he had a huge debt and that was the reason he gained so much weight. Now, he will be able to clear all his debts and take proper care of his family.

Michael plans to take his family to Disney land and buy a convertible for his mother, who was his greatest inspiration and motivational person during his journey.
