BlackBerry Messenger is an Instant Messenger service that allows communication between two BlackBerry devices via BlackBerry Pin and it also allows the service users to chat simultaneously. BBM users can also share pictures with friends and it also offers a number of applications that make communication very easy and real time. BBM outage has led to a lot of problems to the people during the holiday season as they seek to get in touch with each other over the Christmas.
