Bollywood actor Inder Kumar dies at the young age of 43
At around 2 am on Friday, Bollywood actor Inder Kumar passed away at his Mumbai home in Andheri's Four Bungalows locality after suffering a heart attack. He was 43.

Inder acted in around 20 films in a career that spanned across two decades. He also shared screen space with Salman in notable films like Wanted and Tumko Na Bhool Payenge among others.

Kumar's last Bollywood release was the 2011 film Yeh Dooriyan. He had presently been shooting for his next film Phati Paid Hai Yaar.

Kumar also had a short stint on television when he starred as Mihir Virani in the popular TV soap Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi.

Inder Kumar had hogged the limelight in 2014, after a 25-year-old woman who was an aspiring model and actress had accused him of raping her on two occasions by befriending her and promising her a role in a Salman Khan film.

The actor was arrested on charges of rape, causing grievous hurt and criminal intimidation under the Indian Penal Code. He was later released on bail in June, 2014 after furnishing a bail bond of Rs 30,000.

The actor shall be cremated today evening at Yaari Road Shamshaan Bhoomi. The actor is survived by his wife Pallavi Saraf.
