Bombay HC should take cognizance of unfair criticism of its verdict to shift IPL out of Maharashtra
It refers to the arrogance exhibited by certain ruling-party politicians affiliated to Board for Control of Cricket in India (BCCI) on Bombay High Court directing infamous 'Indian Premier League' (IPL) cricket matches out of Maharashtra because of acute water-crisis in the state.

Bombay High Court should take cognizance of derogatory words used by such power-arrogant politicians by suo-motu initiating proceedings against them for their derogatory remarks.

Things can never-never be changed for betterment till BCCI and its affiliated state bodies are made accountable to public by bringing them under the purview of 'Right To Information' (RTI) Act.

Supreme Court, which at times makes strict-most 'observations' against BCCI somehow stops just before finally declaring under purview of RTI Act. Now a final decision is expected in this regard soonest the possible after Justice RM Lodha committee has also submitted its report.

Nothing should be expected of central government in this regard because of some ultra powerful political rulers who are directly associated with BCCI or its affiliated state units.
