Bristol Motor Speedway next on Sprint Cup series
Sprint Cup Series will be held this weekend at the Bristol Motor Speedway, as the Food City 500. The event had taken its first off-season weekend after Atlanta. Fans will watch out for the improved track plus the Carl Edwards - Brad Keselowski feud.

RACING EVENT Sprint Cup Series will be held this weekend at the Bristol Motor Speedway, as the Food City 500. The event had taken its first offseason weekend last Friday-Sunday after the enthralling weekend at Atlanta. The key focus this time, like last would be the bitter rivalry of Carl Edwards and
Brad Keselowski.

The Bristol Motor Speedway will see Carl Edwards begin his three race probation, which occurred after he deliberately hit Brad Keselowski from behind at Atlanta. The Roush Fenway driver could have faced suspension for that stunt.

The incident at Atlanta happened after Brad Keselowski had clipped Carl Edwards earlier, sending him to hit the wall. But these two incidents were not the only tiffs between the two. The two have been going at each other ever since last April, when Brad Keselowski had hit Edwards from behind, sending him into the wall at the Talladega race. NASCAR authorities have already decided to have a meeting with both racers and their team owners, warning them against any such stunts in this race.

Meanwhile, the Bristol Motor Speedway has seen some track modification, which added 160 feet of steel and Foan energy reduction barriersm apart from extension of the soft wall by three feet on turns two and four. This will make the track much different from the ones that racing drivers are accustomed to, meaning a return to more bangs on the track to get ahead.

Kyle Busch is raring from a drive down the improved Bristol Motor Speedway in this edition of the Sprint Cup Series. He said,"I like all the room that you can get at some of these race tracks, so that's going to make it tough. They did it for the excitement of the racetrack and try to put some bumping and grinding back into that place. The exits were already tight with these cars. It's going to slow down the pace probably a little bit, because we don't have as much room on the exits to use."
