Brooke Chamberlain: Making play of work
Australian actress Brooke Chamberlain has paired a successful career with a love of travel.

Brooke Chamberlain seems to have cracked the code for living a full life. She has established a successful career and coupled this with another great joy of hers, specifically travelling.

This Australian actress has starred in a number of varied productions ranging from film to television and streaming media. Due to the excellence of her work and acclaim throughout the industry, she receives many offers to film in locations around the globe; for someone like Brooke who is an adventurous traveler, this means having your cake and eating it too. Even more beneficial, an actor evolves in their craft through experiences which means Chamberlain is in somewhat of a reverse Catch-22. She confirms that her travels and work continue to feed off of each other much to her delight. While many people don't pursue this vocation because of travel, for those like Chamberlain who have such an affinity for it, the opportunities exponentially increase.

Australia's film industry continues to evolve as a major part of the global community. In addition to the sizeable talent from this country (names like Kidman, Blanchett, Byrne, Jackman, Ledger, Hemsworth, Robbie, Watts, and countless others), it's known for grand vistas that lend well to location settings. Her acting in films such as Daddy's Little Girl (winner of six Australian Screen Industry Network Awards), Phoenix Rising (Best Feature Film at the Australian Screen Industry Networks Awards winner), and a long list of others has allowed her to see some of the busiest and most serene locations of her homeland while simultaneously raising her prominence in the global film and television market.

As her international visibility rose, Chamberlain was given the opportunity to meld work and her affinity for travel. This most noticeably occurred during Brooke's time as host of the Amazon Prime streaming series Fashion News Live. Travelling the world to Paris, Tel Aviv, Milan…some of the most beautiful cities on the planet, Chamberlain interviewed models (Victoria Secret's Sara Sampaio), iconic designers (John Richmond), and celebrities (SAG award-winner Abbie Cornish). For someone like Brooke who loves fashion as much as seeing the world, FNL was an ideal fit. She describes, "It was a dream come true. When I was working I had direct access to speak with the biggest names in fashion and feel the passion they had for their work. In between hosting the shows at Paris I would sit in the parks, drink hot chocolates, and eat croissants; it couldn't get much better. Milan was buzzing with quirky street style and I really loved interviewing guests on the street about their style, finding out what designers they were wearing, and who they were going to see. Not only were the shows breathtaking, the food and wine in Italy was incredible; fresh pizza and pasta backstage was something I certainly enjoyed each day between the shows. Milan will always hold a special place in my heart. And Tel Aviv…. well, it was the one place I'd longed to visit for so long and here I was getting paid to go there and do something I loved!"

Brooke has been hearing the siren call of Hollywood these days, fielding offers for films which originate from this film Mecca. Her work on 2017's Walt Disney Pictures Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales was her first appearance in a film with such icons as Johnny Depp, Javier Bardem, and Geoffery Rush; and Hollywood took notice. All three of the aforementioned have been nominated for Oscars and won in some cases. While Brooke is setting her sights on doing great work rather than awards, she concedes that Hollywood holds interest for all film actors and she is no different. Whether her destiny lies in Southern California or in other film capitals of the world, it's certain that you'll continue to see much more of the exciting Australian actress.
