BSE's SME platform to see two new listings today
The equity shares of Shri Krishna Prasadam Limited is going to be listed today and admit to dealing on the SME platform of Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) with 48.67 lakh equity shares of Rs 10/- each for cash at par, aggregating to Rs 2.16 crore.
The IPO was opened for subscription on March 11, 2014. Net proceeds of the issue are proposed to be utilised for working capital for the business of trading of agricultural products, as reported by

Areas such as real estate, consultancy services and agricultural activities are some of the sectors in which the company is operational.

Women's Next Loungeries, specialist in women's inner wear segment has also come out with its public issue of 10 lakh equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each fully paid for cash at a price of Rs 65 per equity share aggregating Rs 6.5 crore. The company markets the products through brands- Valentine Pink and Women's Next.

The issue will open for subscription on March 28 and the same will close on April 07, 2014.
