Cafe Coffee Day, one of India's leading coffee retail chains, recently announced that it has joined hands with American Express to provide enhanced services, rewards and other benefits to its customers.
CAFE COFFEE Day (CCD), a leading coffee chain, has established a tie-up with the credit card company, American Express, in order to provide its customers with enhanced value and convenience.
Bidisha Nagara, President (Marketing) at Cafe Coffee Day, said that the company was delighted to establish this partnership with American Express, which is one of the most respected service brands in the world. He believes that this tie-up would deliver great valu to its customers.
According to the tie-up, customers who hold an American Express card and spend Rs 250 on weekends in CCD, will receive a gift voucher for a complimentary latte in any of the 280 participating outlets across cities like Delhi, Chennai, Bengaluru and Mumbai.
The Head of global merchant services (India and Asian countries) at American Express, Sunil Sachdev said that this tie-up is one example of how the company acts to join hands with other companies, in order to provide enhanced quality of services to its employees and also to provide them with good offers and rewards.
The coffee served at CCD is grown it in its own 7,400 acres of estate and another 2,500 acres of managed estates. The company also sources coffee from 11,000 small growers. Its portfolio shows that CCD serves hot and cold coffees as well as exotic international coffees along with desserts, food and pastries.
American Express has maintained a presence in India since 1921, and is also involved in providing travel-related services to corporates and individuals in India.
