Can Doctor charged in Michael Jackson case keep his Medical license?

IN THE court hearing held on June 14, 2010, LA Superior court judge rejected a request from California’s medical board to suspend Dr. Conrad Murray’s license to medical practice. Dr. Conrad was the physician treating Michael Jackson on the day his death. The hearing was attended by Michael Jackson’s parents, Katherine and Joe Jackson with his two brothers Jermaine and Randy and one of his sisters, LaToya Jackson. Besides the family members there were fans that turned for the hearing. The first death anniversary of pop star Michael Jackson’s death will be observed after 10 days. Last year Jackson died while he was all set to start his 'This Is It' tour in England. He was 50 years old. According to the reports, acute propofol poisoning was stated as the reason of his death. Dr. Murray had accepted that he injected the drug to the singer hours before he died.
