This year around 50, 000 students will appear for the CAT 2009 in Delhi, while the test is being held in 32 cities between November 28 and December 7. Entry to IIMs in Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Kolkata, Indore, Lucknow, Kozhikode and Shillong is determined by CAT score.
.CAT online will work and these are minor glitches and the problems in paper would be resolved with time. It happens when the paper is held for the first time online
.Totally irresponsible and incorrect article! The total number of students who have registered for CAT is around 1.4 lakhs. But, only a portion of those appeared for the test yesterday, as the test is scheduled to be conducted over a 10 day window. "CAT 2009 was taken today by nearly 2,50, 000 students across the country" is totally incorrect!
